Shipments

Completion of a transaction on the website is only after receiving approval from the clearing company.
It usually takes up to 3 weeks to finish orders in our workshop, before shipping.

For deliveries in Israel: the items will be sent by courier to the customer's home. Estimated delivery time is 3-7 business days. We also offer in-store pickup for online orders.

For shipments abroad:

Items are available for overseas shipping via DHL.

For most countries of the world delivery time of 7-14 business days. Once we ship your package, we'll send you an email with a tracking number so you can track the status of your package online.

Customs charges Products shipped outside of Israel may be subject to charges enforced by local regulation. Therefore, the recipient of the products is responsible for all required import duties. Any additional taxes, fees or other charges required to clear the package through customs will also be paid in full by the recipient. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. As a result, we will not be able to advise or provide any assistance in these processes.
