The use of the website is conditioned on the user's consent to all the instructions contained in these regulations. Therefore, you are requested to carefully read all the regulations before using the website. If you do not agree with the provision of the regulations, you are asked to leave the site and not use it.

The use of the site is prohibited to those who have not yet turned 18 and/or to those who require the approval of a guardian for such actions.
It should be noted that an action performed on the site by one of the above will be considered as having received approval for it.

2. Availability of details in stock

Items offered for sale on the site, some are in the store's inventory and some need to be manufactured specifically for the order. In an exceptional case, where after receiving the order confirmation it will not be possible to deliver the ordered item, we will contact you in order to find an alternative or cancel the original order.

 

Kameo reserves the right to stop marketing any of the items it offers on the site, at any time and without prior notice, and none of the users will have any claim and/or demand and/or claim in this regard.

 

3. Price policy

 

We reserve the right to change the prices listed on the website at any time and without prior notice. The price the buyer will be charged through the website is the price listed on the website at the time of purchase.

 

Size and/or length change service sometimes incurs an additional fee.

 

4. Payment methods

5. Order confirmation:

Items ordered through the website and the price for which was paid through the website, can be delivered within the territory of the State of Israel. Deliveries to the Yosh area, East Jerusalem will be determined individually. 2. Delivery options

When making the purchase, you can choose your preferred way to receive the item. You can choose one of the following options:

• Delivery - the product will arrive at the address of your choice up to 30 business days from the day of receiving the order confirmation (this time includes the production of the item and delivery). Shipping in Israel and abroad is free.
• Self-pickup - you can pick up the ordered item yourself at the physical store located at 8 Shmuel HaNagid Street in Jerusalem. This option must be selected during the ordering process. You have to wait for a message or a phone call from the store representative that the item is ready for collection.

Kamoo, or anyone on its behalf, will not be responsible for a delay in delivery due to events beyond their control, including natural disasters and/or wars and/or hostilities and/or malfunctions in the computer systems and/or the telephone system and/or various communication malfunctions and/or any Another factor resulting from force majeure.

3. Receiving the ordered item

 

The ordered item will be delivered exclusively to the person who ordered it. As a condition for receiving the item, the orderer must have an identity card and present it to the courier. After that, the orderer must sign a form confirming receipt of the ordered item.

For those ordering abroad, the product will be delivered to the address given to us by the orderer, together with the phone number of the recipient of the package (the phone number of the recipient of the package is a condition for shipping abroad by DHL ).

 

It is hereby clarified that delivery of the item will not be possible in any way without the presence of the orderer and the presentation of an identity card by him.

3. Cancellation of purchase

Please note that what is stated in this section applies only to the purchase of items through the website (ordering and payment through the website).

A purchase made through the website can be canceled in accordance with the provision of section 14c. to the Consumer Protection Law, 1981 (hereinafter: "the Law"), as detailed below:

From the day of placing the order until 7 days from the day of receiving the ordered item.

Please note, it is not possible to cancel a purchase regarding items that were manufactured and/or ordered specifically for the buyer's requirements, including according to his measurements.

It is not possible to cancel the purchase of items that have been damaged in any way and/or that have been used in any way.

The cancellation of the purchase will be done in writing only, by sending an email to the address: kameojewelrystudio@gmail.com

The applicant must present an original transaction invoice to cancel a transaction made through the website.

In the event of cancellation of a transaction, as mentioned, not due to a defect in the ordered item and/or incompatibility, the following instructions will apply:

(1) Kameo will return to the buyer within 14 days from the date of receipt of the cancellation notice, that part of the transaction price paid by the buyer, cancel the buyer's charge due to the transaction and give him a copy of the charge cancellation notice, and will not collect any amount from the buyer except a cancellation fee at a rate that will not exceed on 15% of the price of the ordered item. Also, the refund does not include the shipping fees.

(2) If the buyer has received the item he ordered, he will have to return it to the store in Jerusalem physically or by courier and only then will he receive his money within 14 business days.

(3) The item will be returned in its original packaging, intact, without damage and/or damage and/or defect and/or spoilage of any kind and type.

In the event of cancellation of a transaction due to a defect in the ordered item and/or non-conformity and/or non-delivery on time and/or due to any other violation of the regulations by the person concerned, the following instructions will apply:

(1) Kameo will return to the buyer within 14 days of receiving the cancellation notice, the cost of the transaction paid by the buyer, cancel the buyer's charge due to the transaction and give him a copy of the charge cancellation notice, and the buyer will not be charged any cancellation fees.

(2) If the buyer received the ordered item, he can return the defective item in the following ways:

• Sending by courier mail only
• Physical delivery to the store in Jerusalem

It should be emphasized that we will not return to the buyer any money paid by him or cancel his charge, before the item that the buyer requests to cancel his purchase is at her disposal.

Kameo is entitled to cancel a transaction and return the customer's money in the event of a pen error, either in the price of the product or in the description of the product.

5. Warranty for items

All items manufactured by us have a lifetime warranty. The warranty does not include the stones (scratches, breakage or loss).

The laws of the State of Israel will apply to these regulations, and any dispute or legal issue in connection with the regulations will be brought to a decision before the competent judicial assessment in Jerusalem only.
